We are seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to support the Director of Customer Marketing on all customer marketing campaigns, globally and locally. They will play a key role in the briefing and creative development process, ensuring the campaigns and impacts are aligned to business needs and strategic marketing objectives.

The role (what you’ll do):

  • Lead on and coordinate customer marketing campaigns, owning the process, preparation, coordination of all stakeholders between global and local teams
  • Lead on and Support the Director and CM team on campaign performance reporting, key performance indicators reporting and monitoring of all customer marketing activities
  • Deliver revenue enhancement and acquisitions projects, such as Lead nurturing,Free trial conversions, cross-sell and up-sell campaigns
  • Working with the global CRM and Revenue teams to redesign, optimise and automate customer communications and campaigns
  • Continuously test and improve campaign content or format to maximise effectiveness

About you (what we are looking for):

  • Previous multi-channel, multi-country campaign management experience in complex settings, preferably in global organisations
  • Experience in collaborating with agencies, internal creative and content teams
  • Experience in SaaS, telecom, banking or a subscription-based industry ( and ideally previous management consulting/ start up experience)
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills
  • A natural leader, coordinator and influencer
  • Knowledge of other European languages beneficial
