The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing a wide range of administration and technical support to internal teams of project engineers and departments. You will work within a Project Enabling Services team and contribute to providing a best in class service to ensure business needs are met and work is completed on time and to the highest standard, contributing to the success of the business. The Project Coordinator will work closely with team colleagues in developing their skills to achieve both personal and team goals.

Requirements

The successful applicant will meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Experience of working successfully in a fast-paced project administration role or similar environment.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs A* - C including English/Maths or equivalent qualifications.
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio).
  • Proven experience of working independently and able to demonstrate a calm and systematic approach to problem solving whilst working under pressure.
  • Excellent decision making, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Evidence of working in a team environment and fostering an environment, which encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple demanding projects, with excellent planning and organisation skills evidenced through working in a thorough and methodical way.

It is to your advantage if you meet any or all the following additional requirements:

  • Trained in or have knowledge of Sharepoint administration.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
  • Working knowledge of Power Bi.
