With a competitive starting salary of 25,800, you’ll receive incremental increases over a set period, providing you are achieving your set objectives. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You’ll be working closely with our Senior Marketing Operations Manager and the wider team to support the implementation of industrialised marketing and communication strategies, delivering a range of operations activities / initiatives, and ultimately helping to set our Gigabit Cities up for success. This is an opportunity to help transform communities and leave a legacy for future generations.

Some of the things you’ll be involved in will include:

  • Supporting the management and optimisation of scalable processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient mobilisation of our new Gigabit Cities. You’ll be helping to market our brand across the nation, supporting our builds and helping our teams create and use gold standard marketing and best practice
  • Supporting a communications and operational engagement strategy which will include creating and delivering scalable processes, platforms and reporting
  • Helping to manage and optimise gathering intelligence and feedback to ensure continuous improvement
  • Acting as a brand guardian for our City Development and Consumer collateral: ensuring master templates are brand consistent, up to date and correctly uploaded
  • Coordinating marketing calendars, internal systems, best practise guidelines and reports

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

We have a fantastic marketing team at CityFibre whose expertise and knowledge spans all variety of backgrounds, so if you have a genuine passion for marketing and are hungry to succeed and learn, then our team can provide you with the tools to get there! We’re looking for someone to have recently graduated with a degree in a marketing or a related field as a starting point.

You’ll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, and because things move fast at CityFibre where quick decisions are made all the time, you’ll have the ability to juggle multiple projects and activities against a tight deadline, keeping organised and prioritising efficiently.
