About The Role
The role of the Case Manager is to provide the Post Offer team with administrative support and proactively manage a small pipeline of BTL mortgage cases from offer through the legal process to completion.
You will utilise our systems to gather information and promptly instruct Solicitors on new cases. You will liaise closely with brokers to manage all new cases to ensure undertaking fees are paid / client care packs are returned in a timely manner, and assign Case Managers to progress to completion.
To manage a small pipeline of cases, you will work closely with Solicitors, Underwriters and brokers collecting outstanding documents, answering queries and ensuring all legal documents and conditions from the mortgage offer are satisfied in a timely and professional manner.
Other key parts to the role are to ensure the data we hold on our origination system is 100% accurate. As well as managing instructions through the new automated process, updating Monday.com and carrying out pre completion calls.
The successful candidate must be familiar with a fast paced working environment, be able to manage time effectively and meet the team’s demanding SLAs. They must be proactive, have sound judgement, great attention to detail/accuracy and communicate in a professional and friendly manner, to ensure delivery of excellent levels of customer service.
