Our values are our motivations
We have four key values, collaborative, authentic, respect and dynamic, and these values are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for people who also believe in these drivers as we work together to achieve success for both our colleagues and our clients alike. As a business we believe we are stronger together. We share knowledge, ask for help and empower each other to achieve more collectively. We are open minded and value everyone’s contribution, embracing our differences and fostering a culture of trust and inclusion. We look for people who adapt quickly to change, finding smart ways to deliver the best results and remain one step ahead.
What does the role entail?
Our graduate scheme combines a wide range of practical experience within both UK and US tax sectors with structured training, as well as providing successful applicants with the opportunity to obtain professional tax qualifications. Successful candidates will be supported throughout their professional studies towards the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification in the UK and the Enrolled Agent (EA) qualification in the US, as well as potentially achieving Chartered Taxation Advisor (CTA) status.
Once your initial training is completed, you will be introduced to a variety of client issues, working within a tight-knit team to prepare their tax returns and advise them on domestic and international tax matters. Our goal is to provide all of our graduates with the expertise that will help expatriates, high-profile businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients comprehend the complex issues of international taxation.
