Requirements

Job in a nutshell:

The Growth Marketing Manager plays a key role within the acquisition team, as well as the wider marketing team. They will be directly responsible for the new customer growth of Nutmeg.

• Manage the following acquisition channels (Paid Social, VOD, Programmatic Display, Affiliates and Native Content), from planning/briefing, executing, optimising and reporting.
• Lead new partner and affiliate outreach to grow the program, as well as work with existing affiliates to maximise exposure opportunities. Ensure all affiliate listings are correct and up to date.
• Manage all marketing promotions, including briefing, execution, reporting and reconciliation.
• Management of our lead generation campaigns/strategies, and responsibility for increasing prospecting pool, and following through to conversion.
• Responsibility for managing day to day marketing spend and budgets, ensuring that we achieve our KPIs within our marketing budget
• Effectively manage marketing agencies to ensure they are delivering against project/campaign timelines and hitting agreed KPIs.
• Work with the Head of Acquisition to set out high level growth strategies including new VOD channel.
• Maintaining effective working relationships with wider marketing team, product, content amp; PR teams to deliver against business targets and KPIs.

Your skills:

• Performance marketing experience, preferably within a D2C business.
• Strong experience in running complex Paid Social, Display, VOD and Affiliate campaigns.
• Expert in audience targeting strategies.
• Highly versed in using marketing platforms including (and not limited to) Facebook and LinkedIn marketing platforms, as well as all elements of the Google Marketing Platform, including Google Analytics.
• Solid experience of developing and implemented Paid Media testing and optimisation strategies.
• An expert in the wider biddable and programmatic landscapes.
• Strong understanding of advanced attribution theories, and how to apply them.
• Someone who is passionate about data, and how it can drive marketing growth to achieve business goals. Alongside being highly analytical, with a real focus on driving efficiencies across all KPIs.
• Excellent communicator (both verbal and written) and a confident presenter
• A self-starter and someone that is happy working with autonomy
• Strong bias towards action and above all else a strong can-do attitude drive to achieve amazing results and overcome obstacles quickly.

You might also have:

• Knowledge of investment products and a passion for the savings and investment industry
• Experience with using BI tools such as Looker
• Basic understanding of SEO, as well as total search strategies
