What you can expect
You’ll be joining our Academy team and be responsible for coaching our new starters through their Academy journey so that when they finish, they are ready to join the operation and delight our customers.
You’ll love sharing your knowledge and provide great in the moment coaching conversations so the team can learn and develop through every part of their journey. You’ll lead amp; motivate the team to achieve their best, so they become a permanent member of our Target Family.
This role starts at 24,000.
Requirements
Your someone who has
- Coaching experience
- Experience of Leading a team
- Financial Service experience OR 12 months customer service experience in a Lending or Arrears environment OR Arrears experience within utilities or telecoms
Your someone who is:
- An effective coach
- Always looking to improve the ways of working
- Understands our legal, regulatory and ethical requirements
- Experienced in handling difficult conversations
- Conscientious
- Resilient
- Adaptable with strong time management skills
- Personable and able to build strong relationships quickly
- Commercially aware
- Able to effectively prioritise multiple competing tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Passionate
