You’ll be joining our Arrears team and you’ll be speaking to our customers who are undergoing a debt process and are in financial difficulty, aiming to help them find the best solution. This will see you negotiating payment plans, working through Income and Expenditure, and dealing with potentially vulnerable customers.
Its important you’re well-supported. Therefore, you’ll get 3 weeks of formal training, followed by 4 weeks in a highly supported environment where you’ll have access to additional coaching, feedback and support. This will be where you get to put your new knowledge and skills into practice!
