PA to the Property and Technology teams. To organise and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the efficient running of these teams.
- Diary management: Full diary management for the Executive Committee members (Head of Property and CTOO); booking travel and accommodation for Sales Director (Property) as business needs require
- Executive Committee papers: Oversee the production and completion of ExCo papers for the Property and Technology teams manage the process from start to finish to ensure papers include accurate information, are formatted correctly, contain proper spelling and grammar, and are submitted on time
- TechSteerCo papers: Oversee the collation and distribution of TechSteerCo papers manage the process from start to finish to ensure papers include accurate information, are formatted correctly, contain proper spelling and grammar, and are distributed on time
- Minutes: Take minutes at Property Credit Risk Committee, Property Specific Case Review, TechSteerCo, and other committees for the Property and Technology teams as required
- Actions: Collate actions for team meetings and Committee meetings as required; follow up to ensure actions are completed as and when due
- E-mail inboxes: Manage inboxes and action emails for Head of Property and CTOO as requested / agreed with each
- Expenses: Prepare and process expenses in accordance with Travel amp; Expense Policy guidelines and timelines
- Documentation / Filing: Produce and file documents in accordance with company procedures
- Back-up assistance: Provide cover for other Assistants (in Basingstoke) as required
Other: Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as requested
