Job Description

About Us

Fuse Universal isn’t Just Another Learning Company. We’re rudely shaking up the way that people and organisations learn and communicate, right across the world. Our unique Integrated Learning Platform allows businesses to shape their learning around their goals by tapping the inherent knowledge of the experts and peers within their organisation.

That’s a major difference, and it’s one that’s worked for over 120 businesses, ranging from Panasonic to Avon to Scandic, with more coming on board all the time.

Another difference is our educational charity, FuseSchool. By transforming the secondary school education curriculum into high-quality bitesize videos, we’re changing the face of education right across the planet, with over 43 million views and 300,000 subscribers and all for free. Democratising education is pretty much why we exist.

The Role

We are looking to hire a Head of People to help lead the company through our next phase of growth. This is a key, senior level hire and through close partnering with our Leadership team, top of your agenda will be building and developing a world class team across 4 locations (UK, US, Cape Town, Australia).

Our platform provides access to learning within organisations from within, and this applies to our own people too. We shine a spotlight on their development and support them every step of the way in their career goals.

This role is London based where our HQ office is, but as we are 100% remote at the present and it’s unlikely that we will return to having roles that are entirely office based.

It’s a part time role, 4 days a week with flexibility on how your days are allocated overall and week to week. We believe that with your proven experience, you’ll be able to have a big impact in fewer days.

We have a small people team consisting of HR and talent expertise who are committed to building out the next phase of our people strategy, building on the foundations already in place.

As the people leader, you will be at a level that you can provide clear and actionable advice across the full spectrum of HR responsibilities.

Our leadership team consists of highly experienced, driven individuals with a united passion for disrupting how learning is experienced in today’s world.

Our engagement feedback from our people is strong (NPS 4 out of 5), but we are not complacent and know we have a lot to do as we evolve as a business.
