Finance System Manager (NetSuite) - 4 Month contract

An exciting opportunity to join the ZPG Group team to lead on the management of our ERP (NetSuite) and Financial Reporting Systems.

The role will also be responsible for project managing the integration of new entities onto our ERP and Financial Reporting platforms.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Systems Manager’s remit will be to technically manage the shaping and development of all finance systems to deliver the Group’s objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the NetSuite finance system
• Support NetSuite integration into other key software applications
• Monitor and track Finance requests and incidents, identifying trends and root causes
• Lead on testing finance system updates
• Project lead on managing the integration of new entities onto our ERP system
• Lead continuous improvement projects
• Build a strong control framework around the finance systems
• Staff training for new users and new updates on the system
• Be the lead person in managing our 3rd party support provider
• Maintain key system processes and training documents
• Support finance teams to meet their reporting requirements adhoc, month end and year end deliverables

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  
• Netsuite experience at administrator/super user level is a must
• Current experience of a Systems Manager role
• Experienced with project delivery
• Self starter who takes accountability
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrates a desire to continuously improve processes and outputs
• Strong communication and presentational skills
• Flexible and able to work in a changeable, dynamic environment

Desired skills

• Technology or Fintech sector experience
• Wider appreciation of external factors and obligations including legal and other factors (PE firm)
• Experience working with consolidation systems
• Experience with Celigo and Salesforce
