Due to continued growth across the Surrey area our client is now seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Manager who is ambitious and keen to develop their skills in the property business and take their career to the next level. Duties will include:
- Liaising with residential offices and developers
- Managing, incentivising, motivating your team of site sales consultants
- Encouraging and generating sales leads for mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuations
- Communicating and liaising with our area new homes support team ensuring relevant marketing and sales administration is managed appropriately.
- Problem solving and influence outcome
- Working towards set targets
- Working closely with the land team
Requirements:
- New Sales Homes experience
- Must be living in the Surrey area
- An experienced estate agent (minimum Lister level although this is not essential)
- Hard-working with the desire and determination to achieve your goals
- Have truly exceptionalcustomer service, and the ability to liaise at all levels
- Have a proven ability to manage budgets, coach teams and inspire people to meet targets and win business.
