JOB ROLE

If you are technically minded, customer focused and have a strong project and analytical approach to problem solving then read on

You will be interested in digital technology and are keen to work with our lending partners and internal teams to drive forward the development and delivery of our products and platform.

You will have a desire to drive project deliverables and understand the problem the clients are trying to solve and help them deliver our platform solutions. You will have a passion to improve things and you will be empowered to do this at Codeweavers.

You will work with all areas of the business such as sales, product owners, developers, design and marketing teams. You will play a key role in shaping the direction and delivery of the platform and in moving forward our lending partners’ businesses.

You will love working with autonomy, within a close knit team, towards the common company, team and lending partners’ goals. You will be working alongside and be supported by a highly-skilled software engineering team.

You will build deep technical knowledge of the Codeweavers platform and will be heavily involved in the process of scoping out exactly how the clients needs will be met from a technical perspective. You will be pivotal in moving the platform forward.

This role is being offered with remote working, however occasional visits to our office based in Stafford will be required. Once restrictions ease, you will need to be independently mobile as the role will require frequent trips to client offices throughout the UK.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

You will:

  • Lead simultaneous projects to deliver the rollout of our point of sale platform.
  • Work closely with the product delivery team and Product Owners to deliver the projects
  • Manage a series of interrelated projects to deliver a seamless end-to-end digital solution for our clients.
  • Manage project development and prioritisation, create robust governance and risk/issue management, manage clients budgets, quotes and operational readiness, and ensure all projects and activities align with the organisation’s goals and strategic objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our lender’s roadmap and identify how we can support
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Support the product and development teams, through gaining a deep understanding of your client’s businesses and their business requirements
  • Assist with challenging client requests, issues or escalations
  • Produce, maintain, and track delivery plans (front and back end), including budget development, capturing all interdependencies and critical milestones and analysing/action on the impact of delay on critical path delivery
  • Implement an effective planning process, including appropriate controls to ensure that individual stakeholders maintain adequate plans that support delivery
