What?you’ll?do

The Product Lead is a key role within the MMT Digital team and supports our client in all aspects of digital product development.

With a focus on value and assuring our highest product development standards within a SAFe (Scaled Agile) delivery, the Product Lead is responsible for supporting the client Chief Product Owner (CPO) at the program level whilst leading a team of MMT Digital Technical Product Owners at the scrum team level. A key requirement is to ensure effective product improvement and alignment of the product vision across multiple development teams.

Also, working closely with the Technical Account Lead and Project Manager, you will ensure MMT Digital best practices and agile governance processes are being carried out to protect our commercial stability.?The person filling this role will have a passion for Lean Agile Product Delivery.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to deliver thought leadership at a Senior level - articulating a vision and promoting confidence in capability.

The Product Lead will be supported by Programme Managers, Technical Leads and Account Directors for the given project.

What you’ll bring

In order to flourish in this role, you’ll need the following:

• Previous successful experience in the Senior TPO Role or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience as a product owner on a Scaled delivery, preferably SAFe
• Experience in leading product-oriented delivery at scale, with multiple scrum teams working within a product portfolio.
• Experience defining Epics and Features from Value Streams and preparing them for Programme Increment Planning.
• Experience building long term client relationships with wider stakeholder management.

It would also be great (but not essential) if you have:

• Certified Advanced Scrum Product Owner or other equivalent certification
• Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Experience in leading a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts or similar

• Experience of line management
