What you can expect..
This is a fantastic opportunity within our Financial Servicing team, who work together to service levels over multiple client portfolios within the Lending department. You will join them to ensure that client reconciliations are kept up to date and are investigated within agreed SLA timescales, accurate reporting is provided to clients, payments are processed daily, and all queries and complaints within Financial Servicing are appropriately resolved.
What we'll expect from you.
- Produce reconciliation reports
- Produce cash and portfolio reports
- Process customer payments within agreed SLA timescales
- Resolve portfolio queries
- Process daily bank and portfolio reconciliations
- Investigate errors in reconciliations and reports
- Allocate cash transfers
Requirements
We'd love it if you..
- Have strong Excel skills
- Understand portfolio basics (balance, arrears, interest, ledger etc)
- Have experience processing bank/portfolio reconciliations
- Have good mathematical and problem solving skills
- Have report production and interrogation experience
