We are looking for a brilliant Chief of Staff to support our Founder and COO, channelling their direction effectively across the entire business. You will enable the continued explosive growth of the Alpha Vet brand by helping our Founder and COO to prioritise their time on the most strategic and important topics, maximising their effectiveness by ensuring that meetings and materials are prepared to a high standard, following up on actions and helping to make connections across the business. We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills, experience in a high-growth, creative business environment, strong problem-solving skills, great communication skills an insatiable ambition and an entrepreneurial mindset. The successful candidate will naturally go above and beyond, with resilience and enthusiasm, always staying 10 steps ahead.

Our vision is to become the leading global marketplace for the veterinary profession, and we are raising investment to achieve this goal later this year. The Webinar Vet are leaders in delivering expert webinars and conferences to the veterinary profession and as part of this new role you will be required to undertake a key role supporting the leadership team. Reporting into the COO, you will be expected to manage key projects, support with Human Resources and strategy of the business and to ensure we always over deliver and provide the very best service possible.
