With the launch of a new state of the art scooter, we are expanding our talented team to reach new heights.
We are looking for a superhero to be our new Operations amp; Mechanic Support Assistant. It'san ambitious, dual-scope position where you will support our mechanic with repairing and maintaining scooters as well as our Operations team in Nottingham on the ground. You will be part of a rapidly growing start-up that is reshaping urban mobility.We improve urban sustainability while making the first and last mile faster, cheaper, and more fun for commuters.   • Supporting administrative roles, processing data and contacting internal or external parties
  • Providing support in organization of local marketing events
  • Participating in bringing new projects to life, facing customers and stakeholders alike
  • Working with a high-end software (e.g. Slack, Salesforce, Quick Site).
  • Quickly assemble and inspect new scooters
  • Inspect our scooters in the warehouse before they are deployed, to ensure they are safe and fun to ride
  • Run a series of diagnostic tests for all scooters when they return from the field, and fix any functionality that may require attention
  • Conduct periodical preventative maintenance
  • Manage stock of spare parts and report shortages before they become an issue
  • Contribute towards new improvements
  • Keep meticulous logs of repairs conducted, and feed that back to the supply chain team
Requirements:
  • Previous experience from e-mobility industry highly preferred
  • Highly reliable with a can do attitude
  • Natural inclination for tinkering and mechanic work, confident with tools, interested in new technologies
  • Advanced problem solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Punctual with great time keeping skills
  • Able to innovate processes, document them, and deliver training to others
  • Good knowledge of Health amp; Safety Procedures
  • Available to travel to other cities (or countries) if required
  • Excellent team player with ability to work on your own initiative
  • Great organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous experience from e-mobility industry highly preferred
  • Experience in customer service will be an asset
