Many companies talk about the opportunities when working for them, few deliver on the idea. You’ll work alongside a diverse investment consulting team with experience across investment consulting, actuarial, capital markets and asset management.
We are looking for someone to #BringMore. Someone with a love of all things consulting and a ‘make-it-happen’ personality, with the energy to deliver for clients and colleagues. You’ll likely have a solid investment consulting skill set and have been supporting clients with a balanced ability to deliver the day-to-day detail. You’ll also be adding to the investment IP of Redington and industry thought leadership through internal/external collaborations.
Requirements
YOU ARE LIKELY TO BE
- An investment professional with between 5-10 years of experience working with DB Pensions clients
- Keen to help others develop and grow in their industry and practical knowledge
- Managing junior colleagues and keen to continue
- Experienced in collaborating with others to check and deliver client RfPs and potentially contributing to pitch teams
- Starting to spend more time with clients
YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE
- CFA or FIA qualifications, although not a prerequisite
- Experience co/leading small clients
- A solid understanding of responsible investment principles
