As Business Development Manager for Wi5, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the provision of digital customer experience services. The role will evolve over time; focusing initially on securing casual dining clients in the UK, then likely increase to cover multiple markets and sectors.
Requirements
- Proactively source, pitch and close deals (either via phone or face-to-face)
- Present Wi5 as a unique opportunity for businesses to safely and efficiently service their customers whilst increasing revenue
- Maintain a strong understanding of all aspects of the Wi5 business model and the mobile order and pay market including competitor analysis.
- Achieve and exceed on weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Owning your own territory and effectively managing your time and diary accordingly
- Work with project teams to identify and initiate business development opportunities with existing clients and partners.
- Develop and manage new business pipeline and database via CRM
- Work with internal support functions to ensure that every business that we partner with meets our quality standards.
- Utilise marketing material and data insights to assist sales pitch
Skills amp; Experience
- Demonstrable experience within a B2B business development role
- Proven success in new business generation
- Experience working with the restaurant/hospitality sector, ideally in mobile/digital/software services
- A passion for tech and innovation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively across teams, at all levels of seniority
- A strategic and creative mindset, with the capability to adapt the Wi-5 solution to meet specific client needs
