The Role

pymetrics is looking for a highly motivated and client focused Integrations Specialist to lead the seamless delivery of our solutions. Integrating the pymetrics platform seamlessly with our client’s existing ATS and / or HRM technologies is key to our success.

In this role you will have the unique opportunity to work with a highly transformative talent matching platform and help shape and influence our integration strategy. You will be the technical expert facing our clients and work with some of the most iconic global enterprise companies in the transformation of their talent acquisition and talent management processes.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, documentation, testing and delivery of integration solutions and workflows that ensure seamless delivery of pymetrics products
  • Build strong client relationships, guiding clients on technical capabilities and best practices
  • Lead the delivery of seamless integrations with client Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Capital Management (HCM) systems
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the client lifecycle, leading to improved customer retention
  • Champion the capabilities of the pymetrics platform solutions and guide our prospects and clients in best practice integration workflows
  • Partner with the pymetrics Product and Engineering teams to identify key integration solution gaps for inclusion in our product roadmap and effectively resolve technical issues
  • Work with development teams to architect, design, build, and implement application integrations

Requirements

  • Experience implementing and supporting solutions within ATS and HCM/HRIS platforms
  • Expertise in implementing, configuring and supporting Workday Tenant
  • Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies, for example: (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.)
  • Strong project, program and client management skills
  • Able to multitask, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous, high growth environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Highly skilled in articulating technical details to stakeholders of all levels
