Working in our industry-leading Brand team, the PR and Campaign Executive will support the PR and Content amp; Campaigns Manager with day-to-day PR and content tasks. This is a pivotal role in the brand team and offers huge potential for growth.
Responsibilities:-
- Managing press enquiries
- Support with press requirements, spotting trends, uploading press releases and monitoring notifications
- Collating Press Coverage - gathering/collecting monthly coverage in correct formats
- Sending out communications to press - assisting with tailored communications to journalists and press contacts
- Advertorial and promotional support - assistance with collecting and submitting assets to publications and media groups, this includes helping to collate copy, imagery and any other assets required whilst ensuring deadlines are met
- Support with monthly reports - helping the PR team collect all relevant information for our monthly reports which are then communicated to the wider team
- Assisting Content amp; Campaigns Manager with organisation, tasks and preparation for photo shoots
- Mailouts Helping/organising mail outs/gifting to press - sending out swatch boxes, packages, releases or any other PR packages to press.
- Press Days/Press Events - supporting where needed on any press functions or events
Requirements
- Prior experience in PR for a fashion, retail or homewares band
- Strong copywriting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Able to work to own initiative and as part of a team
- Analytical
- Marketing, Promotions or Communication degree preferred.
