We are a thriving collection of highly skilled finance professionals based in London, Manchester, Bristol and Cambridge in the UK, and Cape Town in South Africa. We are blazing a trail, providing bespoke lending solutions to high-growth, innovative and disruptive SMEs through growth loans, term loans and working capital facilities.

We have tripled the size of our origination and execution teams in just two months, to support our considerably higher deployment targets for 2021. Until recently, the responsibility for underwriting was split evenly between our partners and principals, so this supremely important role must now be filled by someone who will enable the entire front office to succeed and get the very best results for our investors.
You bring with you years of experience, gained working in the unsecured lending space. You will have gained your exceptional knowledge of lending to the UK SME market through writing, reviewing and, more recently, judging credit papers, ideally across a range of products similar to our own. Your proven analytical mind, coupled with your passion for the SME market, means that you stand out against your peers in both risk assessment and deal structuring.
We need you to be brave, smart and highly motivated to put your own stamp on our distinctive organisation. Supported by our senior leaders, you will have the gravitas and authority needed to guide more than 30 deal originators and executors to achieve the best results for our investors. In our world, no two deals are the same, so you will need to bring all your experience and intelligence to bear in order to succeed.
