We are looking for a passionate and curious individual to join our growing team. As People amp; Talent Manager you will hit the ground running, taking ownership of all people related functions. You will own the recruitment process end to end, from talent attraction and direct sourcing to onboarding ad well as strategic amp; operational aspects of HR. You will also:

• In partnership with hiring managers, support our recruiting and talent acquisition activities including defining and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the company with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team

• Run recruitment campaigns, attract amp; source talent. You will be able to hire a large volume of people in a short period of time as well as focus on key hires to make sure they have the right skills

• Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters before submitting them to the hiring managers. Conduct phone, Zoom/ MS Teams interviews, prepare offer letters and offer roles to the candidates amp; negotiate terms

• Relentlessly improve candidate experience, update our current and design new recruiting practices and procedures. You will utilise our ATS (workable)

• Collaborate closely with department heads to forecast future hiring needs and fulfil current requirements. Support and suggest changes to Organisational Design

• Champion and coordinate internal progression

• Decrease cost and time for hire, reduce reliance on recruitment agencies

• Work closely with the senior management create high performing teams and maintain a positive culture to meet the strategic objectives of the business.

• Together with the People amp; Talent Advisor prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met

• Coach, lead amp; develop People amp; Talent Advisor

• Maintain Employee Handbook amp; continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary

• Manage employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances and absence.

• Maintain fantastic onboarding, offboarding amp; performance management processes

• Liaise with managers any performance related issues. Create relevant documents and scripts for conversations, coordinate the processes with coaching managers on how to handle difficult situations

• Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them

• Work closely with payroll department to ensure all changes are actioned and pay queries resolved

• Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals

• Manage our HR system (HiBob) and keep it up to date

• Drive mental health amp; wellbeing initiatives

• Draft all covid-related communication amp; keep the Qamp;A document up to date

• Any duties as seen fit by the CEO amp; COO

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of relevant HR work experience

Extensive experience in managing end to end recruitment

Strong track-record in HR generalist roles

Able to problem solve and demonstrate operational and strategic skills

Thorough working knowledge of UK employment legislation

Eager to work in an agile, fast-paced environment and deliver great results

Experience or interest in the games industry is desirable

This is a full-time or part-time role (min. 3 days a week), drependant on candidate

Work hours: 10:00 - 18:30
