We’re looking for a talented Senior Producer to join Electric Square and help us to build and grow an outstanding IP.At Electric Square, the worlds we create are crucial to our games and in delivering fantastic experiences to our players. Our portfolio includes ‘Forza Street’ and ‘Hot Wheels id,’ with ‘Assassin’s Creed VR’ and electrifying AAA console games currently in development and even more about to start

We’re looking for an experienced and talented Senior Producer to join our studio working on an exciting, new, unannounced project. The Senior Producer is responsible for supporting a multi-discipline team, providing leadership, driving the operational needs, and ensuring the game meets quality expectations.
A Senior Producer at Electric Square:
- Establishs and refines development processes and set quality benchmarks.
- Upholds the vision for the project and ensure this vision is communicated to the development team and stakeholders.
- Drives product operational goals and facilitate communication, organisation, process, and accountability.
- Drives product update planning, schedules, and overall prioritisation and delivery framework.
- Works with QA to enable a high-quality regular product delivery.
- Identifies and communicates any roadblocks and bottlenecks that may prevent the team from achieving their goals.
- Motivates and supports the team to ensure project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
- Provides regular project status reporting on deliveries, identifying any potential risks with proposed solutions, and communicate this clearly on a routine basis to team and project stakeholders.
- Manages peer relationships with our publisher.
- Works with team leaders and discipline leads to evaluate directional changes, analyse the costs/benefits and impact on product update schedules.
- Will be a champion for player experience and quality.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience senior production role.
- Proven production experience on multiple shipped products on console or mobile
- Demonstrated ability to orchestrate work across multiple disciplines and partner groups.
- Process driven, with flexibility to adapt as the needs of the team arises.
- Ability to familiarise and adapt quickly to a fast-paced development cycle.
- Demonstrate effective problem solving.
- Experience tracking complex projects and providing insight and influence into how to deliver more effectively and mitigate risks.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute delivery plan reliability and with quality expected.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Calm and deliberate within a demanding environment. Able to identify/assess risks and strategies to mitigate and escalate as necessary.
