ES Brighton (our headquarters) is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee our ambitious plans to grow our three global studios.


The Talent Acquisition Manager at Electric Square will:

  • Develop recruitment processes and strategy that will drive forward the hiring needs of the business.
  • Deliver headhunting campaigns to attract world-class staff to Electric Square's studios in Brighton, Leamington Spa and Singapore.
  • Champion studio Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policies and processes.
  • Mentor and manage Talent Acquisition team.
  • Provide insights, through experience and market benchmark, in terms of positions, salary bands and benefits.
  • Manage effective relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain and direct improvements to the studio's social portals and website.
  • Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
  • Maintain and produce regular recruitment and staffing reports for the studio directors.
  • Attend various recruitment events, industry conferences and university visits to maximise talent acquisition reach.
  • Assist the People amp; Culture team in delivering award-winning Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
  • Be at the cutting edge of in-house recruitment trends and tools.

    Requirements

    • A proven track record of headhunting skills.
    • Highly proficient at resourcing with a minimum reliance on agencies.
    • Understanding of the video games industry with an existing network of contacts.
    • Ability to manage projects and initiatives with minimal guidance.
    • Hired across multiple disciplines with a strong focus on technical hiring.
    • Ability to work independently and existing experience managing a team.
    • Personable and confident, able to build relationships with candidates.
    • Resilient and calm under pressure.
