The role - what you’ll do:

  • Acquire and maintain a complete understanding of the Dext's end to end data extraction process.
  • Manage the full product life cycle; working closely with product managers, tech and operations.
  • Create, own, prioritise and deliver data extraction Internal tools roadmap
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify current gaps
  • Source ideas, conduct workshops and filter roadmap candidates based on impact
  • Work closely with engineering and machine learning lead on requirements and to add details into scoping document
  • Groom product backlog for defects and tech debts by working closely with Engineering and Data Science (if needed)
  • Set targets for key metrics on internal tools for data extraction in coordination with tech, operations and senior management
  • Track key metrics on internal tools for data extraction by building dashboards and alerts
  • Regularly communicate metrics performance, product discovery and delivery items to the key stakeholders in dedicated forums

About you - what we are looking for:

  • 1+ year experience in a product management or Technical Business analysis role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related quantitative field is required
  • Impact-focused. You deliver measurable results for both users and the business.
  • Data Driven. You deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long-term impact
  • Curious mindset. You’re always curious and picking up on the latest trends in tech, product and/or UX.
  • Ability to think big and small. You are just as comfortable whiteboarding a completely new experience as you are optimising an existing flow, and you know when to do which
  • Product intuition. You care deeply about getting the details right in order to ship a best-in-class product. You make simplifications where possible to deliver a minimum viable product or feature, and build up functionality from there in an iterative fashion.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language
  • Being able to work in teams towards a shared goal
  • Ability to change direction quickly based on data analysis
  • Enjoying discovering and solving problems
