We are looking for a Social CX Executive to join the brand team reporting to the social manager to support our online customer community out of hours (evenings and/or weekends).
Responsibilities will include:-
- Responding on social channels to customer enquiries.
- Reporting on social activity.
- Community engagement.
- Collaborate with the wider social team on community strategy.
- Advising wider social and customer experience team on customer activity and likely impact on operations.
- Escalate issues where appropriate to the customer experience team.
Requirements

- You will have a keen interest in social media.
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships within the team and wider business.
- An eye for detail, ensuring communication of information is correct and clear.
- Manage multi-stream workload with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to thrive in an ever-changing and growing environment.
- Good organisation skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
- Strong commercial acumen and an appreciation of wider commercial activity.
