Job Description

Snug is the UK's first sofa in a box company, revolutionising the way we buy sofas. Our products are innovative and bold and so are our people.

We are looking for a Social CX Executive to join the brand team reporting to the social manager to support our online customer community out of hours (evenings and/or weekends).

Responsibilities will include:-

  • Responding on social channels to customer enquiries.
  • Reporting on social activity.
  • Community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the wider social team on community strategy.
  • Advising wider social and customer experience team on customer activity and likely impact on operations.
  • Escalate issues where appropriate to the customer experience team.

Requirements

About you:-

  • You will have a keen interest in social media.
  • Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships within the team and wider business.
  • An eye for detail, ensuring communication of information is correct and clear.
  • Manage multi-stream workload with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing and growing environment.
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an appreciation of wider commercial activity.
