We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Wolf amp; Badger Studios Team!

Wolf amp; Badger Studios is a boutique creative and production agency with state-of-the-art East London photography and film studios. We provide our ever growing roster of well-known local and international clients, a wide range of creative services that sets their brands apart from their competition. With exciting plans for growth, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive business development manager to help drive and shape the Wolf amp; Badger Studios future.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious, articulate, hands-on and highly skilled leader with a track record of exceptional, transformative management and business growth practices. In this role, you will have tremendous opportunities to build client relationships and develop innovative communications programs, campaigns and plans that drive the growth of our business. Candidates will be a motivated, entrepreneurially minded individual who is a great team player with a deep understanding of how a commercial creative/production agency runs. Candidates will be agile and collaborative with a proven ability to successfully lead new business pitch processes within an agency environment. They will be excited to take ownership of growing the studios' business across all verticals, making the organisation run more efficiently while innovating and successfully actioning new client acquisition strategies. Reporting to the Studios' General Manager and Head of Studios.

As Wolf amp; Badger Studios continues to achieve significant growth year over year through innovation and acquisition, we expect our senior staff to also be comfortable with ambiguity and the uncertainty which comes with rapid change and growth.


The successful Business Development Manager will:

  • Have a demonstrable track record of identifying and closing new logo business.
  • Will have a commercial background in B2B Sales.
  • Will have exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Be highly organised and efficient with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Be a self starter, determined, self-motivated individual
  • Be comfortable in networking and building long lasting relationships
  • Be analytical in their approach and not afraid to extract knowledge through appropriate questioning
  • Interact effectively and considerately with colleagues and clients to build effective working relationships
  • Be financially astute in order to ensure budgets are spent wisely for maximum ROI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand
  • Work with and push forward our mission, goals and KPI’s
  • Create new business leads and drive growth of our services offering
  • Conducting market research and identifying industry trends to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Design and implement a marketing strategy to meet our business goals
  • Increase visibility of the studios through social channels, website and SEO, PR and referral, collaboration, networking, events and advertising
  • Managing the relationship with new clients over a 12 month period.
  • Utilising the CRM system to manage your forecast and pipeline efficiently.
  • Working with multiple stakeholders at various levels to ensure the value proposition is recognised by relevant parties.
  • Working with marketing in creating and executing lead generation campaigns
  • Develop a plan for the assigned region to highlight how targets will be met
  • Responsible for managing and growing client engagement activities across multiple key accounts
  • Work closely with all internal departments to develop efficient workflows for them to effectively provide successful and leading-edge creative solutions for our clients
  • Play a key role in building and cultivating relationships and opportunities within existing client accounts as well as developing new business plans and teams
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, you will shape account plans and strategic client development
  • Develop account revenue and growth by identifying client business goals, increasing margins, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Challenge the status quo, and have the confidence and articulation to present and back up your ideas
