Requirements
We are looking for an experienced professional technology recruiter who can help us achieve our next stage of growth within the consultancy team by effectively resourcing the demand for CTO contract SME’s. This will require the creation and management of a qualified contractor CTO network to call upon for project work.
You must be able to develop and execute an evidence-based resourcing and engagement strategy to build a network of CTO’s within relevant industries, sectors and skillsets we can utilise at short notice.
You will be a commercial voice in the company who knows how to reach our network and bring them into Intechnica and the Intechnica way of working. You will know how to attract and pitch Intechnica to CTO level contractors and work with marketing amp; the Head of the leadership, Governance and reporting service to keep the network engaged and eager to work with us.
You must understand how successfully attract, build, and manage this CTO campaign, to know the contractor’s skill sets, specialisms and availability. Finally, you must be passionate about technology about the services we provide and understand how having a CTO network can help provide a high quality and responsive service to our clients.
