We’re looking for an ambitious, technically minded Sales Account Manager to join our growing sales team.

The Role

The Sales Account Manager you will be working within their successful bot management sales team, you will predominantly be responsible for managing and building relationships within an active account base. These will be some of our most important customers and so you must be highly skilled in both managing complex accounts and cyber security services/solutions.

You will be introducing our portfolio of security products and services to generate new opportunities, networking around our largest and most complex accounts, identify customer needs, and presenting in a detailed proposal and/or presentation. You will be closely supported by an excellent pre-sales function.

Requirements

Responsibilities of the Account Manager

• Managing up to 30 of our most important accounts. You must have experience of managing and upselling into enterprise grade customers.

• Generate new opportunities and sales through upselling/cross selling into a trading customer base, arranging meetings, qualifying appointments, and sourcing the best solutions.

• Deliver proactive account management with strong focus on the retention and growth of allocated accounts.

• Develop your allocated customer base by generating new business opportunities from proactive prospecting, referrals and networking opportunities.

• Identify up selling or cross selling opportunities, focusing on monthly recurring revenue services within allocated account workload.

• Lead new customers in their Cyber Security strategy.

• You will be experienced in writing detailed proposals and able to present to and close with an excellent conversion rate.

• Attain sales and retention targets, as set out within annual target.

• Achieving KPI's, regularly and accurately forecasting sales and opportunities to your line manager.

• Ability to generate new business

• Strong analytically and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 75,000.00-80,000.00 per year
