SAFEGUARDING SUPPORT OFFICER
MEDVIVO are looking to recruit a Safeguarding Support Officer.
We are looking for someone who is self motivated, confident and extremely resilient. The Safeguarding Support Officer will be a person with a calm demeanour who can demonstrate excellent communication and administration skills and who has the confidence to work independently.
The SSO will have a degree of flexibility, with experience and knowledge of creating and extracting reports from our various systems for senior management and the relevant authorities.
The successful applicant will have the ability to attend meetings with senior management and external stakeholders and have the confidence to participate fully.
As the Safeguarding Support Officer you will be instrumental in supporting the promotion of a high quality service to safeguard service users in our care.
You will be responsible for the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of all service users, including identifying those who are suffering or at risk of suffering significant harm and taking appropriate and timely action to protect or remove them from that harm.
You will have Safeguarding Level 3 for Adults and Children and you will have evidence of on-going education in this area.
This role is for a fixed term of 6 months initially with a view to the start date being 3rd May 2021
