Requirements

Who You are:

  • You thrive within a fast-paced environment where every day is different, you get to think on your feet solving problems and don’t mind rolling-up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty.
  • You may have previously worked in hospitality or retail or anywhere where you manage teams, deal with stock management, rotas and handling customer complaints.
  • Even better if you have experience of picking, packing and working with delivery services such as Deliveroo, Uber eats and the like!
  • Lastly, you’ll be comfortable working in a start-up business with all the chaos and ambiguity that comes and will see great opportunity to be a part of implementing some of the slickest processes and procedures as you make your mark and grow your career.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting and driving the performance of your store/site by achieving our top two KPI’s - NPS (customer satisfaction) and Delivery Time
  • Running slick shifts as a point of reference to your colleagues
  • Reporting to your Store Operations Manager and working alongside two other Shift Leaders and anywhere from 10 to 30+ Customer Delivery Reps (CDRs) our rider/couriers
  • Stock Management and Ordering
  • Handling customer queries and complaints
  • Running and maintaining operational reports
  • Implementing and facilitating processes and procedures and finding new/better ways to improves these
  • Using the latest tech and software to manage all aspect of your site
  • Rotas and schedules for your site
  • Training new members of your team or supporting the training of newbies for upcoming sites
  • Supporting new site openings once you have bedded in
  • Sometimes get out on our e-bikes and e-cycles to deliver yourself
