Pan-EMEA Focusrite Solutions Specialist

Based: Home-based within the UK
Term: Full-time, Permanent
Rate: Depending on experience

Reporting to the Director of EMEA Sales for Focusrite Pro, the Pan-EMEA Focusrite Solutions Specialist will represent the Focusrite amp; Focusrite Pro brands in the Pan-EMEA territories, offering technical sales support, demonstrations and clinics supporting clients, resellers and distributors.

The role will be part of the wider EMEA team, working with key stakeholders from sales, marketing, product and education in developing the demand for Focusrite Pro products in the market. They will spend the majority of their time supporting the Focusrite Pro EMEA Sales team and will help develop sales opportunities working with end users including studios, broadcasters, installation companies, theatres, post-production and education establishments. They will help develop sales opportunities, giving pre-sales advice and designing and implementing Audio over IP installations and solutions. This will be directly with end users or in partnership with resellers or distributors across the Pan-EMEA territories. They will be responsible for maintaining and developing sales leads in a CRM system, monitoring the progress of sales leads, reporting on the probability of completion, predicting volumes of product required and monitoring competition the brand is facing in the market. One key aspect of the role will be to deliver training to resellers, distributors and end users on all Focusrite Pro products. They will also be required to represent the company at various national and international trade shows and conferences.

Part of the role will be supporting the Focusrite MI brands with product launches, events, demonstrations and training. This will be less frequent than Pro, but good knowledge of the Focusrite range and the ability to train and present on all Focusrite products is a must.

The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the pro audio industry with a strong understanding of audio workflows and must demonstrate proficiency in defining and demonstrating solutions. They must also be well versed in all Audio over IP protocols, and hold Dante level 3 certification. In addition, they must be ready to travel across the EMEA territories representing the brand(s). A full driving licence will be needed for UK based travel.
