We are Growth Lending Limited, wework with innovative and high-growth SMEs, helping them to accelerate their growth by providing flexible credit solutions. We provide facilities from 100,000 to 30m and have lent more than 1bn to more than 500 SMEs and counting. We have a global footprint, with offices in London, Manchester, Bristol, Cambridge and Cape Town.
We need a superstar deal-sourcer with the boundless enthusiasm and energy required for digging out the best investment opportunities from external sources such as accountants, solicitors, bankers and commercial finance brokers. This role represents an excellent opportunity to accelerate a career in a high-growth area. The Regional Director we bring into our team will have extensive experience, from deal negotiation and structuring through to execution.
To fit with our business, we seek someone who balances method and flair. This person will prepare and complete detailed, in-depth analyses of their deals to illustrate the value of each deal to their colleagues.
The skills and attributes we require are:
Strong knowledge of receivables finance, corporate finance and commercial finance products and markets An extensive network of introducers from the accountancy, broker and banking sectors Confidence and maturity, without arrogance A forensic attitude to getting into every detail regarding report-writing and communication skills A proven track record of success in front-line sales within the financial services sector
