Role: Business Recruiter - Mid Level - Contractor

Salary Range: 150 - 225 per day

Type of Role: Contractor - 3 days a week (with the potential to extend or convert to a permanent position)

At Flux, we think it's insane that paper receipts still exist when the rest of the payment process is digital. Paper receipts are non-recyclable, consume oil, trees, and water, and they don’t fit into the digital lifestyle that we currently have - so we’re on a mission to eradicate them once and for all.

We work with banks and retailers across the UK to create digital receipts that are delivered straight into your banking app. We’re looking for a creative, tenacious and resourceful business recruiter to help us grow in our key business functions of Sales and Marketing.


What you’ll be doing on a day-to-day basis

End to end recruitment including:

  • Sourcing incredible candidates through a variety of sources (you are encouraged to do what you think is best - this can include creative and inventive ways to attract the best talent)
  • Coordinate candidates through the application process via Workable whilst delivering an incredible candidate experience
  • Be a business partner to other teams. We do not want to just put ‘bums on seats’ - we want to build healthy happy teams that will perform in the long run
  • Help us develop a marketing strategy for our roles to attract more inbound applications
  • Using data from Workable and interview feedback to improve our recruitment process
  • A/B test messages to further refine our recruitment message

Requirements

We want to hear from you if:

  • You have 2+ years of direct experience working as a recruiter either in house or with an agency
  • Externsive experience using Linkedin Recruiter and
  • You have a broad understanding of the breadth of roles in a business setting (i.e. what is the difference between a Marketing Manager and a Product Marketing Manager? What is the difference between a PR executive and Communications executive?
  • You have experience using data to make decisions and recommendations to optimise the hiring process
  • You understand the candidate journey and are passionate about ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • You love connecting with candidates more fundamentally and can think about more than just the immediate role


It would amazing if:

  • You have worked as an in house recruiter and
  • You had knowledge the Fintech and/technology technology candidate landscape

  • You have helped us to fill these roles!
    • Retail Sales Development Representative - Outbound
    • Senior Retail Sales Executive
    • Senior Product Marketing Manager
  • You establish working relationships with team leads/heads to help grow their team
