The role
As an Assistant Compliance Officer, your main responsibilities will be to assist the compliance team in the following areas as well as responding to internal queries and assisting with training when required:
Anti Money Laundering/Client onboarding
Including new client reviews and data entry and existing client recurring monitoring activities
Institute of Chartered Accountants in England amp; Wales (ICAEW) regulations
Administrative tasks including record-keeping, regulatory updates, and internal monitoring activities
Financial Conduct Authority regulated activities
Financial administration including allocating payment receipts and liaising with external payers and the internal Finance Team
Data Protection
Administrative tasks including record-keeping and regulatory updates
Engagement Documents
Recording queries and responses to requests to amend our standard Terms of Business
