About the position
In this position we are seeking an individual with a flair for campaign marketing, performance marketing and lead generation. The entire marketing function is managed from our corporate HQ in Denmark, therefore you will be reporting to the VP Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer to ensure alignment to the brand, positioning and identity, however you will also report to the GM UK and be part of the UK GTM MGM team which consists of Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
LeadFamly are an ambitious business who not only want to continue to grow but also create a gamification phenomenon and potentially create a new ‘piece’ of the marketing technology stack - gamification. This means that our Regional Head of Marketing must have experience of working with a highly disruptive SaaS platform that is forming its identity and reputation within the market.
LeadFamly is a 4 year old SaaS business, meaning that we need a hands on, impactful, collaborative and proactive Regional Head of Marketing who is able to manage all GTM field marketing activities and support the sales team by generating leads and prospects. Our goal is to develop the LeadFamly brand, educating consumer businesses about the benefits and values of using gamification as a technology tool to engage with their audiences. We need someone who will be inspired by the market potential and is able to work in an ‘incomplete’ world that needs building around them. Brainstorming and executing against strategic initiatives with the GM UK will be a significant part of this position.
