We are seeking a Regional Head of Marketing Uk and Ire to be responsible for all field marketing activities in the UK and Ireland. We are looking for a team player who wants to become part of one of Europe’s fastest growing SaaS (Software as a Service) companies, and join our growth story.

All this interaction and engagement makes our platform one of the highest potential marketing platforms in the world, and we need your skills and expertise in order to achieve our goal of making Gamification Marketing an indispensable part of the marketing stack.

About the position

In this position we are seeking an individual with a flair for campaign marketing, performance marketing and lead generation. The entire marketing function is managed from our corporate HQ in Denmark, therefore you will be reporting to the VP Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer to ensure alignment to the brand, positioning and identity, however you will also report to the GM UK and be part of the UK GTM MGM team which consists of Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

LeadFamly are an ambitious business who not only want to continue to grow but also create a gamification phenomenon and potentially create a new ‘piece’ of the marketing technology stack - gamification. This means that our Regional Head of Marketing must have experience of working with a highly disruptive SaaS platform that is forming its identity and reputation within the market.

LeadFamly is a 4 year old SaaS business, meaning that we need a hands on, impactful, collaborative and proactive Regional Head of Marketing who is able to manage all GTM field marketing activities and support the sales team by generating leads and prospects. Our goal is to develop the LeadFamly brand, educating consumer businesses about the benefits and values of using gamification as a technology tool to engage with their audiences. We need someone who will be inspired by the market potential and is able to work in an ‘incomplete’ world that needs building around them. Brainstorming and executing against strategic initiatives with the GM UK will be a significant part of this position.

Tasks and Objectives

  • Manage and deliver the field marketing strategy including content, demand generation and event programs
  • Develop and execute demand generation plans aligned with the business goals
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing including client database, email marketing, landing pages. Display advertising and social media campaigns.
  • Grow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure marketing tasks and workflows
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to stimulate action and drive prospects down the marketing funnel.
  • Responsible for collateral creation, local case studies,digital marketing, performance marketing and event sponsorship.
  • Create engaging B2B campaigns which build brand awareness, create a buzz and increase customer awareness of the brand and platform
  • Drive awareness and demand to support the sales team prospect effectively and accelerate their pipeline
  • Measure, analyse and report campaign performance, evaluating impact on European revenue generation

Requirements

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Experience in investor backed, high growth, B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience of selling to the Marketing, Data, Customer loyalty function
  • Accomplished international marketeer with experience in creating engaging B2B campaigns
  • Revenue centric marketeer with both inbound and outbound marketing skills
  • Experience wit
