In five years, we’ve grown from a few desks huddled in the corner of a shared space to having over 300+ staff worldwide! Having just completed our Series C funding round, attracting more than $90m in investment, we are now in a scale up phase.


The Quantexa Platform is used to process and query huge volumes of data with the ultimate aim of detecting anomalous an suspicious activity. It is highly configurable and customizable through configuration and code. The user interface enables users to conduct complex investigations into fraud and financial crime cases and visualise complex networks of criminal activity. Quantexa are now looking to recruit an experienced eLearning Content Developer to join the Education Services team to help create high quality online learning products that will support our teams, customers and partners in learning how to configure, use, and implement the Quantexa Platform.


In this role you will be working with both the Education Services and the Research amp; Development team developing training and learning content for new and existing products your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the global stakeholders to identify needs.
  • Creating design documents outlining course objectives, content, assessment, and evaluation criteria.
  • Producing High standard, effective storyboards and scripts.
  • Producing effective and interactive eLearning content using rapid authoring tools following the ADDIE process.
  • Creating bespoke assets as to enhance the content (graphics, animations, video etc).
  • Develop assessments and metrics to gauge employee performance and program outcomes; transforms data into meaningful and engaging executive style summaries/presentations.
  • Upload new courses and curates content for the Learning Management System (LMS), as appropriate throughout the year.
  • Coordinating several projects simultaneously.
  • Working closely with Subject Matter experts.
  • Working with team members to meet design challenge with a creative and agile approach, while working to agreed standards.
  • Integrating emerging instructional methods and technologies into eLearning.
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring training requirements are met and that deadlines are adhered to.
  • Reviewing projects with other team members, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Quality checking products to ensure output has high standards of written and spoken English.
  • Taking responsibility for providing technical expertise to assist in the area of developing new eLearning courses and revising existing eLearning courses.
  • Testing and QA of all online products

Requirements


  • Experience using business intelligence and analytical tools.
  • Proven experience of designing and developing engaging E-Learning materials using Adobe Captivate (or the equivalent) and Adobe Creative Cloud (or the equivalent).
  • Strong Graphic Design skills.
  • Experience of delivering eLearning products on a Learning Management System.
  • An ability to engage with complex and unfamiliar subject matters.
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills.
  • Excellent editing, written and oral communication skills You will have a creative flair and a passion for design and be a self-motivated individual able to use their own initiative with good attention to detail.
  • You will be an analytical and problem-solver with excellent follow-up, time management and organization skills.
  • An interest in trends on eLearning and learning development
  • Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, digital multimedia design or related discipline.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in web-based instructional education design and delivery in the software industry
