Methods - a ServiceNow Premier Partner- is recruiting for a ServiceNow Delivery amp; Engagement Lead to join our Service Management amp; Disaggregation practice on a permanent basis. The post holder will be home-based but may require some UK travel requiring you to stay away from home.

As the ServiceNow Delivery amp; Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of our ServiceNow based solutions supported by a team of Technical architects, business analysts, developers and testers. You will manage a complex portfolio of projects and / or delivery of a complex, multi workstream programmes.
Requirements
- Define, manage and deliver complex technology delivery projects based on ServiceNow’s platform and products suite including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ESM, HR, GRC
- Confirm project / programme scope along with accompanying resource and financial models.
- Manage and oversee project risks, issues and client reporting.
- Manage project deliveries to time, budget and quality, directly and/or indirectly through oversight of other project managers.
- Build relationships with stakeholders.Take a significant role in developing the capability of delivery teams, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of other team members.
- Proven experience in the delivery of application development projects
- Delivery of ServiceNow based projects.
- ITIL V3 / V4
- Commercially aware with supplier/partner relationship development skills
- Team management to ensure that the candidate always leads by example.
- Creative problem solver
- Experience of running a number of simultaneous projects successfully.
- Organised and structured approach to project documentation and project data.
- Agile / Waterfall / Prince2 project management accreditation
- Effective communicator at all levels
- Desirable Skills and Experience:
- You can make and guide effective decisions, explaining clearly how the decision has been reached.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with GDS practices
- Experience of ITILV3 / ITIL4, Acceptance into Service processes.
