Methods - a ServiceNow Premier Partner- is recruiting for a ServiceNow Developer to join our Service Management amp; Disaggregation practice on a permanent basis. The post holder will be home-based but may require some UK travel requiring you to stay away from home.

As the ServiceNow Developer you will hold technical responsibility for applications across the delivery of ServiceNow engagements. This includes control of technical scope, adherence to scope and implementation in-line with best practice across all engagements.

Requirements

  • Certified Application Developer - ServiceNow
  • The Service-Now Developer will have experience in implementation, support, development, customisation and administration.
  • Design, develop and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Identifying and delivery of new functionality within the platform.
  • Assist with the administration of the ServiceNow platform, as and when required.
  • Maintaining the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform across all environments.
  • Enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
  • Effectively handover application changes and enhancements to the SN Administrator.
  • Analyse business requirements, design and implement solutions.
  • Assist in delivering the ServiceNow roadmap.
  • Qualified ServiceNow Developer preferable
  • Knowledge and experience of ServiceNow, including; Development of the a ServiceNow platform
  • Configuration of service requests, workflows, approvals and user criteria
  • Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and ITIL processes
