We’re looking for a Campaign Executive to join our Publisher Operations team. The main purpose of this role is to deliver publisher ad campaigns and ensure client delivery and performance goals are met on time and with a high standard of service. This is an entry-level opportunity to learn how to deliver and manage various ad campaigns and work in a collaborative environment.

  • You’ll own all aspects of ad campaign fulfilment, managing various campaigns from start to finish.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of teams, including Sales and Account Management teams to proactively spot opportunities to improve campaign performance through optimisation techniques. You’ll work with others to maximise client retention with pre-, mid and post-campaign support.
  • We’re looking for someone who is data-driven in their approach to analyse performance metrics and track ad campaigns to success.
  • You’ll develop your technical knowledge with hands-on experience to independently traffic and troubleshoot various ad campaigns. You’ll be supported in your development and learn how to use all internal systems and tools to manage an ad campaign successfully.
  • In more technical terms, you’ll work with 3rd parties to test and implement new products and ad formats, as well as manage PMP’s/ PG orders.
  • You’ll be proactive, bubbly and responsive to better support clients and deliver ad campaigns consistently.

Requirements


  • You’ll be eager to start a career in Ad Operations, with some understanding of the role an ad operation function plays in digital advertising.
  • You’ll be a brilliant problem-solver with an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy. You’ll have excellent numeracy skills and be able to get on with others with ease and excellent written communication.
  • You’ll be comfortable working to tight deadlines and achieving consistent, high quality output when multi-tasking, through prioritisation and organisation.
  • We’re looking for someone who is responsible, confident and assertive to follow processes, contribute ideas and enjoys working as part of a team.
  • You’ll have experience using Excel and PowerPoint to a beginner standard. Basic understanding of 3rd party ad servers, JavaScript and HTML are advantageous.
