The role that you are applying for, will be working for KINTO-UK Ltd which is a Mobility Brand owned by the Toyota Group, offices located in Portsmouth. KINTO-UK share their HR function with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK, however the job being advertised will not be working directly for Toyota Financial Services.
KINTO UK has ambitious growth plans for the coming years across all channels and in particular for Toyota and Lexus Contract Hire in various forms.
We have identified a need to be more active, professional and modern in the way that we interact with customers and prospects with particular emphasis on how we can better support a digital journey and how we maximise the renewal ratio of existing (TFS) customers.
We therefore wish to recruit two renewal and new business executives to replace the existing outsourced solution.
The main initial purpose of the role will be to work with the Toyota and Lexus Account Manager to establish an effective renewals process that, in a GDPR compliant fashion, is able to contact the existing TFS Contract Hire book and renew the contract with KINTO UK primarily within brand but also to be able to offer alternative brand solutions.
Second phase will be to act as first line of support for direct and indirect (broker) sales of Personal Contract Hire
Second phase will be to work with the Toyota, Lexus and KINTO marketing teams to offer up a human interface to inbound web based enquiries and convert these to sale.
1 Manage current customers, whose Contract Hire agreement is due to end in defined time frame, and offer a new agreement, an extension or to confirm end of contract procedures.
2 Become comfortable with/expert in the operation of the Ngage system in order to be able to conduct the above efficiently and effectively.
3 Build a strong working relationship with TGB and TFS personnel, working collaboratively together in a partnership to ensure client and team objectives are met.
4 Become the first line of contact for direct sales of Personal Contract Hire and be able to take customers efficiently through to sale.
5 Become first line of contact for web leads and enquiries from KINTO-UK.com and potentially from Toyota and Lexus sites in the future.
6 Work with TGB Fleet admin department to localise all sales where possible.
7 Maximise the sale of maintenance agreements to contract hire customers and any future add on products developed by KINTO UK.
8 Build and maintain professional, effective relationships with all internal and external departments
9 Ensure the accurate reporting and administration of all sales and activities
10 Support the Toyota and Lexus Account Manager in the timely production of information and data to support regular presentations.
11 To share best practices and improvements across the wider KINTO UK team.
12 Ad hoc tasks as agreed with the Toyota and Lexus Account Manager
