Salary: 18,000 - 22,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week- flexible working around team meetings
Contract: Permanent
Location: Sheffield, remote working with a view to eventually be based at our Sheffield HQ building
At Twinkl Teaching Assistants we’re looking to acknowledge the amazing work of teaching assistants and support their varied needs to help prepare them for anything!
As the Segment Assistant within the Teaching Assistant Team, you’ll work closely with Emma Collier, the segment manager, to ensure that we are meeting the Teaching Assistant market needs. In this ever-changing educational climate, we have provided a place for consistent support, advice and guidance to aid all those TAs working in school, online and at home. This is a rapidly growing segment with a great deal of potential within the Twinkl brand. We are constantly looking to further our support for teaching assistants. We have a lot of creative freedom, allowing us to respond quickly to the ever-changing needs of our market. This role is made for someone who has experience of working within UK primary schools and someone who is eager to learn, develop and express their creative ideas to help us to continually modernise our approach and provide the best possible value for Teaching Assistants.

Emma Collier (Teaching Assistant Segment Manager) - former Teaching Assistant, with experience working in primary and with SEND.
The Segment Managers team. All are highly skilled specialists in their own segment. We come together to share our expertise and to grow our own segment.
The whole of Twinkl. As this role is so varied, you will be drawing on and learning from experts in their own field across the business.
Who are you?
We’re keeping the door as wide and as broad as possible for this role. You might be someone with a Teaching Assistant (HLTA, LSA, etc) or Teacher background looking to use your skills and experience in a new direction. We would love to hear about your specialisms within those roles and what skills you can share with our market. You may already have experience working in marketing, design or editing capacity and want to take on a new challenge.
