In 4 years, we've grown from 2 co-founders sharing a rusty desk in Soho, to a brilliant, hard-working team of 75+, with offices in London (HQ), Athens, and Nicosia, Cyprus. Now, with more than 1M people already using Plum across the UK, Ireland, France and Spain, we could use a little help and that might be where you come in!
The Team amp; The Role
As Plum has grown, integrations and partnerships have become a key part of Plum’s ability to move quickly and launch new products. As a Partnerships Intern - Europe you will play a key role in establishing and executing on our partnership strategy in our international markets (France, Spain and Ireland). The internship is paid and you will report directly to the Head of Partnerships.
Ideally You Will:
- Find the best partnership solutions for our product, including negotiating and securing deals with partners.
- Conduct market and competitor research to ensure Plum has a market leading product.
- Work very closely with our Product amp; Engineering Teams and be able to speak their language.
- Fluency in either French or Spanish (fluency in both is a plus)
Ideally You Are:
- Studying for an MBA and looking for an internship or have 1+ year of experience in managing partnerships/in a business development role
- Passionate about making Plum a one stop-shop for personal finance by building a robust portfolio of new product features
- Excited to join at the early stages of our international expansion
- Very good at relationship building amp; communicating ideas clearly and in an impactful way
- Self-starter, with stamina and a growth mindset
- Data orientated - you can confidently use data to forecast as well as monitor performance
- Excited to work in a startup already disrupting the financial industry and see it grow
