Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Intern to liaise directly with our online user community to answer questions, solve problems, and act as an ambassador for Gravity Sketch. As part of the role, you’ll also work directly with various team leads (e.g., Product, Design, Operations, Engineering) to call to attention any trends you see from user feedback on product issues, features, UI/UX. At the end of the internship, there will likely be the opportunity for a full-time role, depending on performance and the needs of the business at the time.

If you’re naturally curious, love problem solving, are passionate about technology, and have an interest in design, this role is for you. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver best in class support to our community via email and social channels, using your initiative to solve queries related to the setup and use of our product, and provide a great customer experience.
  • Work with different teams to ensure that all inquiries are answered promptly and ensure high levels of user service satisfaction.
  • Support onboarding new Education and Cloud customers via our service backend.
  • Build up your knowledge of our products and workflows through training and working closely with the team.
  • Proactively spotting patterns in the frustrations and pain points in our product, collate user feedback and help communicate this to our product team.
  • Support in maintaining our Knowledge Base to keep up to date with new product launches and feature updates.
  • Support efforts to improve our customer support experience, helping to test new technologies and tools, identify areas of improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Based in London, UK (once COVID-19 restrictions become lifted the team will start working from the office)
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Experience dealing with people or customers, using a high level of empathy to solve problems
  • Has shown commitment and passion to past projects or roles and will bring that attitude with them to the role
