This role is a 12 month maternity cover contract based in our Burton office

The Administrator is responsible for providing first line administration and technical clerical support to internal teams of project engineers and enabling functions. They will work within a Project Enabling Services team and contribute to providing a best in class service to ensure business needs are met and work is completed on time and to the highest standard, contributing to the success of the business.
They will work closely with team colleagues in developing their skills to achieve both personal and team goals.
This is an interesting role and one that requires an individual with a broad range of administration skills and a high level of attention to detail.
The main duties including:
- Provide vital technical administration support to individual project teams, this covers a range of administration tasks from managing mailboxes, tracking spend, on-boarding external suppliers, liaising with internal customers.
- Provide key administration and clerical support to our enabling function first point of contact for administration requests.
- Formatting and checking complex template documents to include inserting styles, images, pdf’s, tables of contents, references and figures.
- Working in excel to input data and produce reports.
- Creating visio diagrams and reproduce diagrams from hand drawn diagrams.
- Creating and formatting Powerpoint presentations.
- Proof reading documents.
- Manage Metacompliance system for on-boarding new staff.
- Transferring CV’s onto the Company template.
- Managing multiple internal and external mailboxes and distributing emails to key stakeholders for action in a timely manner.
- Inputting complex invoice data onto an invoice template ensuring details are correct.
- Raising Purchase Order using D365.
- Encrypting and producing data in CD format following strict security guidelines.
Requirements
The successful applicant will meet the following minimum requirements:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs A* - C including English/Maths or equivalent qualifications
- Extensive experience in O365 applications - Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, SharePoint, and One Drive
- Experience in a similar fast-paced administration/clerical role
It is to your advantage if you meet any or all the following additional requirements:
- Trained Sharepoint administrator
- Working knowledge of adobe acrobat
- Working knowledge of Power Bi
