Job Description

Encompass is the creator of Know Your Customer (KYC) automation software, utilizing robotic search to discover everything a KYC policy demands.

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join our global delivery team, based in our Glasgow office.You are excited by innovation and see the role of technology in the future of financial crime compliance, yet understand the practical and technical challenges affecting change in major organisations. You are not afraid to deepen your project management skills to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions. You have a track record of successfully supporting multi-scale, multi-jurisdiction projects, so you know what it takes to introduce new ideas to bring efficiency and scalability to the PMO.

Key activities:

· Work closely with the Head of PMO and Delivery to manage daily, weekly amp; monthly project reporting

· Creating presentation decks in Powerpoint and manipulating data in Excel on a regular basis

· Maintain project plans that include multiple tasks based on Encompass’ implementation methodology

· Own the document management amp; version control process for all project collateral

· Support the Project Managers on scheduling meetings, workshops and taking minutes

· Setting up new projects across Confluence, Replicon, Smartsheets and updating project templates

· Ensuring all the relevant checklists have been completed when transitioning from Sales to Delivery and Delivery to Customer Success

Requirements


· Have demonstrable experience in successfully working closely with a team of Project Managers amp; Consultants.

· Have established and maintained relationships with other business units through a full project cycle to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes

· Have worked on multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal stakeholders

· Comfortable with working in an AGILE amp; Waterfall environment, any experience with SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban will be beneficial

· Have Identified areas of improvement and efficiency through process and technology.

· Can demonstrate excellent oral and written communication as well as sufficient presentation skills with the ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups

· Identifiable capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement and assertiveness

· A can do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required

· An ambition to move into a Project Manager role as the PMO scales

Beneficial Experience

· Very familiar with using Microsoft and Google office tools including project management tools including but not limited to MS Project and Smartsheets

· Working knowledge of Jira amp; Confluence

· Experience with timesheet management tools such as Replicon
