To support our rapid growth, we are looking for an Inventory Associate to take ownership of our inventory processes as well as quality assurance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Execute all tasks involving inventory optimization and inventory tracking
• Responsible for stock level accuracy and quality assurance
• Monitor product freshness and quality, with focus on customer satisfaction
• Keep track of the expiry dates of all our products
• Participate in a variety of day-to-day tasks within the warehouse
• Assist the Warehouse/Inventory Manager with operations as necessary

• Track and analyze supplier performance and waste management
• Receive products from our suppliers and ensure the physical count matches the purchase
• Put away product to their inventory locations while making sure of the inventory accuracy
• Always make sure of the cleanliness and readiness of the warehouse for operations

Requirements

Your profile:

• Have worked in a professional role in a similar environment
• Strong organisational, problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
• An eye for detail and strive for perfection
• Proficient in spreadsheet software such as Excel and Google sheets
• You have ideally gained some experience in a food production/grocery retail environment
• Very good communication skills and high proficiency in both written and spoken English
