As the office manager you’ll have the ability to come up with your own ideas, build on them and then deliver exciting new strategies to improve everyone’s working experience, whether at home or within our office.

You’ll be leading the way to create an effective and inspiring workplace that we are proud to show our clients, prospective employees but most importantly an environment which we all enjoy to work in.

What you'll be up to

  • Playing an integral part of our office relocation and outfit, and arranging new contracts with key suppliers during and after the move.
  • Owning the process for equipment provisions to new and existing remote workers
  • Office purchasing, making decisions on products and services to subscribe to
  • Assisting in organising and arranging major work events from the Christmas party to the annual sports day
  • Booking and arranging travel and accommodation for staff
  • Working independently and with the landlord to ensure the office space is adequate for our usage and well maintained.
  • Being the primary contact for Health and Safety matters and ensuring Health and Safety compliance wherever people work.
  • Various in-office tasks, including sorting deliveries and post and waste management,

Requirements

  • Preferably have a 2.1 or higher degree and/or relevant experience
  • Ideally have prior experience with office management and health and safety
  • Love to improve existing processes and bring in innovative ideas and solutions
  • Willing and able to deliver on your ideas, excelling with autonomy
  • Great attitude and able to work with others, understand the needs and wants of employees and finding the best solutions to their problems
  • Confident with challenging the status quo
