About our role:

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, the Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager will develop and lead the digital demand generation strategy. They will help generate revenue from both new and existing customers through effective lead generation, retargeting, advertising partnerships, inbound marketing activation and conversion optimization.

You will have significant experience and a love for B2B and performance-based marketing, and driving results in terms of leads and awareness. You will be adept at managing a wide remit of biddable channels. You will be self-motivated, organized and have a good attention to detail. You will keep up to date with the latest b2b digital marketing trends and new tech. You will be comfortable with using data, analytics and automation to maximise channel and content performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops, owns and delivers the biddable and conversion optimization plans for the group and its businesses driving conversions and raising awareness.
  • Expert management of channels and levers including PPC, CRO, SEO, Retargeting, Display Advertising, Sponsored Content, Websites and Email Marketing.
  • Reports performance of channels and levers weekly including conversion rates, costs per lead and ROMI / ROAS.
  • Develops eCRM strategy including lead nurturing, customer lifecycle communications, segmentations and scoring.
  • Oversees media plans and guides the business with regards to targeting, spend, bidding, messaging and UX design
  • Executes ABM paid campaigns to deliver demand and leads.
  • Works across multiple business units, audiences, personas, sectors and regions.

Requirements

You know you’re right for this role if

  • You have a university degree
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • You have at least 3-5 years digital marketing experience
  • Experience of marketing automation
  • Experience in several of the following areas: PPC, Conversion Rate Optimization, SEO, Email Marketing
  • Track record of campaign delivery with regards to B2B lead generation
  • Knowledge of marketing lead processing and attribution.
  • Hands-on knowledge of a marketing automation platform and ideally knowledge of the set-up phase
  • Hands-on knowledge of using website CMSs and ideally some knowledge of HTML.
